The Space: A long and expansive hallway leads to a dramatic corner Living/Dining room bathed in natural sunlight, wide planked oak floors, and iconic Soho views from massive double hung windows. The sleek chef's kitchen is open to the entertaining space and feature top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Viking appliances. Dining room table sits up to 10 with extensions. Nearby, 3 extremely quiet bedrooms and 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms including a sauna, in which to relax and remove the stresses of the day. Middle bedroom is currently configured as an office/den, but our team can easily install 1-2 beds in this space at no additional cost. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, iron, steamer, Lutron lighting on dimmers, Smart TVs, personal sauna, and a second set of interior windows making the space pin drop quiet. Soundproof double-paned glass installed on all windows. All this, in a 4-unit boutique condominium building located on arguably the best block in Soho, with great restaurants, world class shopping, and all major transportation lines right at your doorstep. For Art people, this was the original Soho location of the 303 Gallery. There is a 4th and 5th bed available - surprisingly comfortable Japanese mats made locally, with a queen bed kit, made up in the main living room, as required. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Neighborhood: With its cobblestone streets and cast-iron buildings, the historic district of SoHo is nothing if not distinctive. Once known for its affordable artists' lofts made from disused manufacturing spaces, it's now gone upscale, and is one of New York's retail centers, with everything from mainstream chain shops to one-off boutiques. The location places you at what's more or less the center of lower Manhattan, with everything from Union Square to the Financial District within easy reach. World class restaurants, shopping, and art, directly from your doorstep. It's Soho after all. Getting Around: Street parking available as well as a myriad of public transit options.
