Nearby, 3 extremely quiet bedrooms and 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms including a sauna, in which to relax and remove the stresses of the day. Middle bedroom is currently configured as an office/den, but our team can easily install 1-2 beds in this space at no additional cost. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, iron, steamer, Lutron lighting on dimmers, Smart TVs, personal sauna, and a second set of interior windows making the space pin drop quiet. The location places you at what's more or less the center of lower Manhattan, with everything from Union Square to the Financial District within easy reach.
